Julius McAdams BME, FP-C, CCP-C, NRP is the Education Coordinator for Novant Health AIrLink/ Vitalink Critical Care Transport Service in Wilmington NC. Julius has been involved in emergency transport services for over 25 years. Throughout this time, he has had the opportunity to function as a Paramedic, Tactical Paramedic, and a Critical Care Flight Paramedic. He has had the privilege to hold the positions of Field Training Officer, Base Lead, Operations Supervisor, and the Director of EMS Education. Julius has presented at national EMS and Critical Care conferences, is an item writer/ subject matter expert with the IBSC, and the 2021 recipient of the I-CAPP Tim Hynes Award. Julius has been described as a dedicated and committed leader and educator who has a proven ability to inspire and educate.
