She is a national conference speaker, who has co-created a scale for assessing work burden and patient complexity that is being adapted across the country by community paramedicine programs. Her experience in operation and managing a remote workforce while building patient outreach programs that collaborated with a large health network and local emergency medical command services, has made her a subject matter expert in remote management of autonomous programs and teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
