Amanda Wuerth started her EMS career in 2008 as a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) with Ambulance New Brunswick (ANB), where she worked for 12 years. Amanda furthered her career with ANB in 2014, receiving her Advanced Care Paramedic degree with Medavie HealthEd. To gain further experience in her field, she joined Island EMS in 2015 as an Advanced Care Paramedic, while still working for ANB. Amanda also worked as a PCP instructor/lab facilitator for Medavie HealthEd, and a Field Training Paramedic with ANB. Recently she has changed roles, joining the Training & Quality Assurance team with Medavie Health Services where she is responsible for the development and delivery of the continuing education of nearly 1000 professional paramedics.
