Nicole Kopari, MD FACS is the pediatric burn medical director at Children's Hospital New Orleans. She is a double board certified general surgeon with fellowships in burn surgery completed at Harborview in Seattle Washington and a surgical critical care fellowship completed at Hermann Memorial in Houston Texas. She is nationally renowned for her expertise in Autologous Skin Cell Suspension (ASCS) and dermal substitutes.

She is a member of many organizations including the American Burn Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is a course instructor for ATLS, ASSET, FCCS/PFCCS and a National Faculty Instructor for ABLS.
